Cottages at Paradise - self contained B & B accommodation, located in peaceful Paradise Valley just 12 minutes from downtown Rotorua

Above the Ngongotaha stream which loops around the property sits Cottages at Paradise on 12 acres of grazing land.

This stream is renowned as a spawning area for Rainbow and Brown trout, considered to be one of New Zealand's foremost fly fishing destinations.

The cottage kitchen has a full oven and cook hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
It is fully equipped for a long or short stay.

A pure underground mountain spring supplies our water.


The elegant lounge boasts high vaulted ceiling, doors to the deck, a gas fire, leather lounge and dining suites, plasma TV, Sky, DVD and a CD collection to suit your every mood.

The self contained cottage is tastefully decorated in restful colours, and is fully self-contained with two bedrooms.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin king-single beds.

Private bathroom has toilet, shower and hand basin. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer, includes soap powder.

Your breakfast provisions include our free range eggs, traditional cured bacon, tomatoes in season, muesli, yoghurt, fruit, bread, preserves, tea and coffee.

You'll also find a complimentary bottle of New Zealand wine on arrival!

Listen to the chorus of native birds in the surrounding trees.

Relax on the deck and listen to the sound of the natural spring as it enters the stream.

Guests may choose to try their hand at fly fishing in the nearby Ngongotaha stream that runs through the property.

Sharon and Mike can advise you on fishing license requirements and regulations, or arrange for a fishing guide or boat trip for you on one of Rotorua's many great trout lakes.
